Terms of Service

Acceptance

By installing Altius for Gmail or using the backend service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

The service

Altius for Gmail extracts contact intelligence from your Gmail account and helps you route email attachments to the Altius CRM. It is provided “as-is” and Altius makes no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Acceptable use

• You will not attempt to access another user's data.
• You will not use the service to violate Google's Gmail Terms of Service or Altius's terms.
• You will not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or commercially resell the service.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Altius is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months (currently zero — the service is in beta).

Termination

We can suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these terms or to comply with law. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
